Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated 27 September 2026
The short version: try Vensal free for 14 days, cancel whenever you like, and keep what you've paid for until the end of your billing period. We don't give partial refunds.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed, so you are never charged for the trial. To keep using Vensal after it ends, choose a plan from the Billing page in the app.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage billing inside the app. Your subscription will not renew, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for — the end of the month on a monthly plan, or the end of the year on an annual plan.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. We don't offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time, including on annual plans. The free trial is there so you can decide before paying anything.
If you change plans partway through a billing period, the price difference is handled as a prorated charge or as a credit toward future invoices — not as a cash refund.
The one exception is a billing mistake on our side, such as being charged twice or charged after your cancellation took effect. Contact us and we'll put it right.
What happens to your account
- When your paid period ends (or your trial ends without a plan), your account becomes read-only: you can still see your data, but can't make changes.
- If you don't choose a plan within 15 days after that, the account is archived.
- Archived accounts keep their data, and choosing a plan again brings everything back. To have your data deleted instead, see our Privacy Policy.
